Mark oversees the core operational activities at DCAA. His diverse skill set includes strategy, product portfolio, sales and channel, marketing, finance, support, internal operations, and software development. Mark founded DCAA in 2014 as a solo entrepreneur focused on enabling business systems such as ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, etc… to help customers be a best run business in their industry.
The business grew swiftly under his leadership as company president, and within a few years DCAA became industry experts in Acumatica’s Cloud ERP implementations and software development. Mark recognized the opportunity to package many of the company’s custom development projects for construction and pharmaceutical industries and built enabling enhancement to the Acumatica Modern Cloud ERP. He also pioneered cultural transformation, guiding companies to become process-driven organizations using the DCAA Business Process Vault.
Prior to DCAA, Mark led sales and operations at NexTrend, IronWare Technologies, and ACS Systech where he helped implement Tesla’s first ERP.
Mark holds a degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Northern Colorado, applying Katz and Kahn’s principles to business optimization. Outside of work, Mark enjoys long-distance running, coffee roasting, snowboarding and time with family.
As Chief Revenue Officer at DCAA Solutions, Erin is responsible for leading the sales organization including Sales and Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Services and Customer Success. Erin takes on the responsibility for all aspects of driving revenue to the company.
Erin joined DCAA in 2024 with the primary focus to grow the business and help enable the success of DCAA’s employees, customers and partners to be the core of DCAA’s collective mindset. Financial achievement isn’t the only thing that fulfils Erin and DCAA-it’s culture and value that take center stage.
Prior to DCAA, Erin held senior positions and sales revenue roles at SAP, webMethods, Forte Software and Oracle. She has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience with deep expertise in sales leadership including operational excellence, segmentation, deal structuring and overall sales leadership.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University. Outside of work Erin enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with family. Erin resides in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Rachael Mynatt is the driving force behind marketing and social media at DCAA Solutions, overseeing brand strategy, advertising, and public relations. With nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, she specializes in crafting and executing high-impact campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Recognized for her ability to optimize marketing performance, Rachael excels in developing data-driven strategies that maximize engagement and conversions. Her expertise spans the full marketing spectrum—from content creation and social media management to paid advertising and public relations. She has a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs and small businesses establish a strong, consistent digital presence, ultimately scaling their brands across various industries.
Beyond her professional expertise, Rachael embraces an active, outdoor-driven lifestyle in Colorado’s Western Slope. She and her family are passionate about hunting, fishing, camping, and homesteading, continuously working toward a more sustainable way of life. Whether exploring the backcountry or training for endurance challenges, she believes in the power of discipline, resilience, and fitness to elevate overall well-being.
Kellen champions world-class client experiences and leads DCAA’s project management team. He brings a wealth of experience having served in numerous leadership, operational, and consulting roles in the technology and professional services space, with specialization in engagement management and the development of project management best practices and governance. Kellen uses his unique skill set to fully understand all of our clients’ needs, direct our developers towards a successful path, and to clearly communicate needs and expectations.
Kellen is also an accomplished musician and educator, and he is regularly involved in his local community’s music scene. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching piano to both children and adults, has conducted a chamber orchestra, and he also plays French horn in a community orchestra and local churches. Attention to detail and a drive for perfection makes him a great musician, and it also enables his success on DCAA’s team. Whether he’s leading an orchestra or a business team, he’ll understand and work well with whomever to lead the charge for success.
At DCAA, we only hire the best of the best technical leaders and resources. We have several technical leaders that we prefer not to list due to their expertise, industry experience, skillset and unique backgrounds (yes, we are a little selfish).
